If you have any questions or concerns, Help Desk support (6-2001) is provided Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. **HUBS Hours of Operation** The Harvard University Budgeting System (HUBS) is unavailable after 11pm every Monday through Friday night for [Overnight Processing](https://wiki.harvard.edu/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=65044757), and is back online by the start of business hours. ## Did You Know? - There are approximately 1,032 HUBS users and 80% of those users are Department Budget Planners. - HUBS is comprised of 39 budget and reporting applications spanning the financial planning process. - More than 57,688 reports runs per year with an average run time of 13.7 seconds ## Alerts & Planned Outages **Upcoming System Outage:** None planned. **HUBS is available Sunday through Saturday** except during [overnight processes](https://wiki.harvard.edu/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=65044757) that occur Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 11:00pm until the start of business the next day unless otherwise noted. ## How to Report an Issue Contact HUIT Help Desk at or (617) 495-7777 to report an issue of identify a system enhancement.
